Tonight, I waited for an hour and a half for a delivery from this restaurant, but it never showed up. When I called to check on my order, they informed me it had been delivered to the wrong address, and by then, the food was cold. Despite having my phone number, they failed to notify me about the error. We then had to wait for new food to be prepared, but we were still charged for it. I'm really disappointed by the lack of customer service and the inconvenience of dealing with two hungry, frustrated, and tired kids. It would have been nice if they had offered some form of compensation as a goodwill gesture. Overall, I would give their customer service a rating of zero stars if I could.

Lins is the go-to spot for the best fish in the area! Every time I visit Derry, I make it a point to stop by for their amazing fish. The staff are always welcoming and have smiles on their faces. Even if I don't say anything, Lin greets me with the word for fish in Chinese, which I've now learned is "yi." If Lin happens to be unavailable, I just ask for "yi," and they know exactly what I mean. The fish, marinated in vinegar, is simply delicious! There's always a fun atmosphere and good vibes at Lins. Thank you, Lin, you're a star! LOL.
