Little Caesars Pizza - Castro Valley

Mobile order app is the way to go, then pick up your pizza on the pizza portal machine inside... these are my 2 cents. My access is Thin Crust Pepperoni; extra enjoyment is Italian cheese bread. This location is convenient, enough/easy parking in the small shopping center, lobby area is spacious.

Is one of the worst pizzas I got in Davis St in San Leandro and now in Castro Valley. Arrived to pick up around 9:25 and then the front person asked me yes can help you, and I said I'm coming for my pizza and the apology that tell me I'm waiting to get the order and to get a ride around 10 minutes to me home I put in bag for protection and was cold they didn't cook the pizza fresh was cold, very disappointing, and don?t put pepperoni

They went in and just told me their online order, okay. I ordered three pizzas and go home to eat, I find a hair baked in my pizza in the crust. I go back to see if I can be refunded for my entire order and they can only refund the pizza that had the hair in it because they claimed no one in the store has dark hair. As other reviews have said, NOT ORDER OF HERE.

Do not order delivery from this location! I ordered from the app and received a notification from DoorDash that it had been delivered but it never was! I even checked with neighbors just in case it was dropped off in their front door accidentally and nothing! I called the customer support number and had to leave a voicemail but I doubt I?ll hear back about a refund? Also tried calling the store phone number but no answer either!

Why are they still advertising their hot ready motto when that?s clearly not what?s going on here. Came here on multiple occasions and had to wait for their pepperoni pizza. I walked in tonight at 9:30pm and got told by their employee that they?re not taking anymore walk in orders. Uhm, what? The store doesn?t close until 10pm and they?re not only not making anymore pizza but they?re not even taking customers orders. What kind of business is this?? This place is a joke.
