Mountain Mike's Pizza - Castro Valley

If there's zero, I'd give the manager that with this orange or red t-shirt there, very rude, he doesn't know anything about behavior or even business, he's a miracle to Berg-Mikes Pizza He prefers to lose a client and his family and friends as a mistake in his system of few dollars, He has returned our money and canceled all order, instead of trying to hear and solve the problem of his crew, also we tried to reorder, he insisted not to understand the problem.

I got pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza was good but the mozzarella sticks were cold. We waited for our food for like 30 mins because they said there oven broke down. They never came to update us of the delay in food we had to keep going to the counter and keep checking with the cashier as to why the food is so late. Customer service is the worse and the kind of people come to this restaurant is also not so pleasant.

Sorry-very disappointed. First time ordering here. Will be the last. The advertising phrase ?toppings edge to edge? was a myth on my pizza. The cheese mostly was edge to edge but the toppings barely covered the middle 9? on a 14? pizza. I will be spending my money at another locally owned pizza shop.

Went to Mountain Mike's on Christmas Eve after a candlelight service event.We we're so hungry I hadn't had Mountain Mike's Pizza for over a year. That Mount Everest has always been my favorite. But that night that pizza was so good that I would have to say that they're one of the best pizzas around the Bay Area.

Wonderful friendly staff however my pizza was terrible. The dough was very hard like it was a day or two old while still managing to be undercooked. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day uncovered.
