Taco Bell - Castro Valley

Best 5 dollar breakfast box on the market. I love the breakfast crunch warp and potato hash browns. And the cinnabon donuts are yummy. Coffee cinnabon is Delicious.

Unprofessional cashier. This guy is the oppsite of customer service. This little dude has -10 patience for no reason. Also im very impressed by the fact that he has a job and acts the way he does. Eventually someone will snap by his behavior, it is thatbad. If this kid has that bad of a temper why put him as a cashier? Blows my mind.

Only two people working their butts off for a busy location. Only self serve kiosk available. Food took over 20 minutes

I know that this store need help with staffing, I 've waited upwards of 20 minutes for a simple order some days (they had great customer service though) but until I see that they 're fired or their behavior improves, I 'll continue to leave one story ratings for the employees today. In the off chance it makes a difference of someone not giving their service. You 're welcome is fairly simple. Do they not use that phrase where you were raised? I miss the days when people were grateful to have a job period and showed it. Edited: I went home and saw my reflection, didn 't realize how wild my hair looked lol. BUT with that said, if staff is willing to be rude to you based off of how wild your hair looks, then they are most willing to do some god awful things to your food. So do better. Castro Valley, y 'all have too many options to settle for Redwood Road Taco Bell 's piss poor ungrateful customer service and crappy shells. We have staples like Kasper 's, where they remember your name and little details about you and if you grew up in the area like I did, they watched you grow up and can recall fond memories of your grandparents that you may have forgotten. All while enjoying a delicious cheese dog. Hot dang I miss those tamales, though. We have Knudsen 's which has a pretty rad history if you take the time to learn. I recall their history at southland mall in my youth. Treat yourself to an affogato, you won 't regret it. And if you 're in a hurry and want something quicker without the touchy feely stuff...Hawaiian BBQ, sushi, chipotle is right down the way. Don 't give Taco Bell your money. And if franchises are going to be allowed to have rude staff, despite them making way more than they ever have in wages, bring back black olives and green onions. Make it worth while. Otherwise I have no reason to come back. And those reviews below HAVE to be friends trying to raise reviews. Just fire your staff and hire better people. Who can do simple things like NOT BE RUDE. Don 't lie about portions at a fast food restaurant, sheesh.

My husband came to this Taco Bell today 04/02/24 between 12:30p and 1:00pm Maria the cashier was taking orders when my husband got to the register told him to order from the kiosk. He didn't object or make an issue but notice how she was allowing everyone else order. I had to ask for my food after I ordered it was never prepared and with her attitude I just ask for refund.My husband is of African descent and everyone else wasn't I'm not sure what Maria's hang up is or experiences in life has been but that isn't fair we are all human and should be treated as one would like to be treated.
