Best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant no lie !! The food was amazing too I customized my 4 birria and chicken tacos they were hella bomb !! Not expensive at all very good prices also if you are into coffee to keep you up and going for the rest of the day they have this SEA SALT CARMEL VANILLA CAPPUCCINO THAT is absolutely delightful they also offer fresh chips homemade salsa and a variety of churros made to order . Bottom line if you’re looking for a good place to take your family to breakfast,lunch, or dinner they will definitely accommodate your guest and make your time there feel very welcoming!! .100% recommended

Sooooooo good. The Taco salad is perfect. The shrimp burrito was well cooked and the vegetables were a good supplement. Everything has a fresh feeling for it. The food was so good that we came back the next day.

Highly recommend!!!! I was in town for work and found Portales Taqueria. The service is friendly and excellent. The food is authentic, tasty, fresh and delicious. Portion sizes are generous Enjoyed it so much I came back. Highly recommend!

Food was delicious, staff was great! They found out it was my sister's birthday and gave us free caramel churros! Everything was delicious- my only negative was I ordered a totasda, and the portion size was kinda small. But the positives far outweigh the negatives!
