Paris St. Po'boys - CASTROVILLE

OMG this was my second time here and it was better than the first time. I couldn't think it could get better but it was. Everyone is just so friendly and the food is simply awesome!!!!!

The best poboy I've ever had. It really is the bread and seasoning that made the difference. And great customer service as well! I will definitely be going back.

I’m embarrassed to admit that I singlehandedly polished off an entire 12” shrimp po-boy. It was too good to put down! The bread was LEGIT. Leidenheimer! Can’t wait to return to Paris St. Po’Boys!

Love this place! So yummy and the people that work there are so sweet! Had the Shrimp poboy and the shrimp platter with the gravy chips. A few days ago was the first time I went and let's just say this will be a bi weekly trip for lunch as they are obligated open during lunch. Such a great place and love that it's in a small town.

Excellent sandwiches. The shrimp poboy was amazing. Super nice employees and a really cute, clean restaurant.
