Due to extremely arrogant servants, the visit turned out to become the worst during our five days in Catania. The servants were extremely arrogant, even if their leaader made an attempt to calm them down, we left with a very negative impression. Serving the food took much longer than acceptable. One of us did not get what he ordered. No relevant way of compensation were offered. The food itself was good, but did not compensate for the rest.
Ottima qualità di pizza, tra i migliori che ho mangiato, ma la cosa più bella è essere stata accolta da un personale eccellente e professionale.
