Xīn Huá New China - Catasauqua

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. They refused to deliver to a new construction site, despite my providing an exact address that should have made it simple. The woman who answered the phone claimed it was difficult to find. She took my order but didn’t even prepare the food. I pointed out that this new facility could attract a lot of business, especially since there aren’t many options nearby. I suggested that their delivery driver should get to know the new building. Her response was that it wasn’t that hard. Is this really what you call great customer service?

Paprika Steak!! I tried it for the first time, and I was surprised by the sheer amount of meat they served! It was way too much! Quite odd, really.

This is honestly the worse general tso I have ever gotten .No sauce, no flavor, very little meat. The egg roll was so greasy. I will never order there again.

Food is delicious . Price is cheap .But their general tso has traces of meat. Its like batter seasoned with chicken. C mon guys. Charge more and put more chicken in your food.

Was a great place to order from until I found a piece of scouring pad in my boneless spare ribs. Lost a customer.
