Creek Side - Catskill

I highly recommend the seafood bisque—it was outstanding, packed with fresh seafood and had a beautiful, creamy consistency. The calamari was also a hit, served with a balsamic glaze and banana peppers that added a nice touch. We also enjoyed the clams as an appetizer, which were delightful. For the main course, I chose the Prime Rib Dip, and it did not disappoint. It was a generous portion, tender, and full of flavor. My dining companion opted for the shrimp and scallops, which were perfectly cooked and delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I can't wait to return!

My gin and tonic were served in a sniff who was... different. Smile. My friend, a CIA-trained cook, and I ordered the Calamari and shrimp cocktail. The Kalamari was good, but the shrimp was badly peeled and tasted a little fishy. Steak was great, but the potatoes were very sour. Seafood platter had fried shrimps, squid and scallops. The scallops were excellent. The shrimps are good, but the squid was soggy. Lemon Mascarpone cake was excellent. Could have been a bad day for the kitchen. Overall, the costs were higher than expected for a good experience. Maybe back.

The food was delicious, and the location couldn't be better—eating by the water in the summer is a delight. The service was also excellent; our waitress was attentive and friendly. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait for your food. While it takes some time, it's worth it because the meal is tasty when it arrives. If you're in a hurry, this might not be the place for you. I definitely recommend checking it out!
