Rip Van Winkle Services Station

This review is solely for the lack of service. I checked the hours beforehand and it said closed at 9pm. We arrive at 7:40 and we were told they were closed and not taking any more tables. Staff must not be supervised and just decide when to close. On a holiday weekend too. Get your act together or update your information online.

They closed their kitchen 45 minutes before closing time and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Instead they suggested we buy a 4 pack of beer to-go even though we told them we drove a distance for dinner. They also would not answer any phone calls throughout the day when calling ahead before arrival.

Bianca and Kayla were awesome! Great food. Fantastic service. And the beers and ciders were delicious. Wings were a 10+. Best I've had in years! Thanks guys. Tip this crew, they deserve every penny.

We stopped here after a hike and we're pleasantly surprised. Good menu, friendly service, excellent food! My kids are still talking about the fries as they beat they ever had!

This property could be and should be a gem, but it is NOT! It is in terrible disrepair, and customer service is nonexistent. We were extremely disappointed. Price is totally inconsistent with the condition of the property.
