Just Us Cafe - Cayce

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The man, who may be the owner, is rude and evil. After reading some of the reviews, I will never eat there again. Today, my daughter found a roach in her omelet after eating almost half of it. When we mentioned it to the waitress, she warned us not to speak to him. However, when he came to our table, he made a big scene. We tried to handle the situation discreetly by informing the waitress quietly, but he publicly humiliated us and told us to leave and never come back. It's absurd to think we would return after finding a roach in our food. The owner argued that villains are everywhere in South Carolina, dismissing our concerns. I advised my daughter to take a photo of the roach, but we did not intend to cause a scene. The restaurant should be shut down if he is the owner, or he should be fired if he is the manager.

The food at the restaurant was extremely salty, to the point where I could only take a few bites before asking the waitress if I could send it back. She argued that the dish was supposed to be salty, but I explained that I had tried similar dishes before and they were never as salty. She refused to remove it from my bill. Upon trying my friend's hash browns, I found them to be equally salty and unappetizing. My friends were also disappointed by their meals. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible! The general manager, "Robert", who is in charge of this, was not only rude to his employees but also very disappointing to me as a customer. He came out from the back of the restaurant and tasted the food before our server, who is pregnant, and made a disrespectful comment as he walked away. When I asked him to come speak to us at our table, he was very angry and never apologized for his behavior. I will never return to this establishment! This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and I do not recommend visiting this restaurant.

All right. it seems we're down the hill. that was not bad, but there is no real waiting zone. we sat on one standing right on the line, so there was no private sphere. we only had people who watched us as they were waiting to be served. Eggs were dry, waffel was soggy and gummy, grumbs were completely dirty. I wouldn't recommend it, but our waitress was good enough, I guess.

My favorite restaurant!!! But will you ever re-open on Sundays?!?!
