The vegan pizza did not disappoint. It was loaded with veggies and had great flavor. Vegan cheese was available for $2.00 extra. Would definitely eat there again if I am in the area.
Have one vegan pizza option clearly marked. it was good with lots of fresh veg which was nice compared to a heavy, greasy pizza. only downside was no cheeze, so it was missing a lil something to it. also had a dairy-free sorbet option!
The Pizza Cart menu has ' 'The Vegan ' ' and ' 'Veggie Lovers ' ' options listed. If you want vegan cheese, be sure to specifically request it because it is not listed on the menu, but it is available. ' 'The Vegan ' ' pretty much includes all the vegetable offerings except mushrooms. I ordered this minus the onions and bell peppers. It was REALLY GOOD! The crust was light and delicious, the vegan cheese flavor was good (cuz sometimes those vegan cheeses can taste odd), and the toppings were tasty. I was a little hesitant about having cucumbers on my pizza, but they actually tasted great. Another person in our group ordered the gluten free cauliflower crust. It was so good, she had to double check with the staff that it was actually gluten free. She said it was the best cauliflower crust she 'd ever had. All five of the people in our group enjoyed their pizza. There 's a gelato bar inside which had one dairy free sorbet option mango flavor (I think) which was very good too. Overall, it 's a great place to go if you can 't get the rest of your party to go vegan with you. There are 8 10 outdoor dining tables available. The restaurant is located just a bit off the freeway, in the Providence Towne Center, next to Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
They have vegan cheese. It's a new development so it's not on the menu yet. It's $2.00 extra. The cheese was sprinkled sparingly and the tomato sauce was most prominent (and not very flavorful). Vegan crust also available (they were out when I came but luckily had cauliflower crust). It ended up being rather expensive with the vegan items. Still, I'm just glad I found vegan pizza in the area and happy to support a local business that offers vegan cheese.
