Ninja Japanese Steakhouse - Cedar City

I had one of the worst sushi experiences ever. The rice was hard, and the two pieces of fish I tried were poorly prepared. My son ordered noodles that were overly sweet and not at all like traditional Japanese yakisoba; they were barely edible.

We decided to try this restaurant because we love sushi, and we thought it would be a great choice. Unfortunately, our server lacked charisma and personality, which made the experience less enjoyable. The rolls were decent, but nothing that stood out or made us want to return. We were also disappointed that they didn't have ahi poke on the menu. To top it off, we ordered another roll and it took an eternity to arrive, so we ended up canceling it. Overall, we're not really excited about this place.

Food was decent, but when I called and order her menu that I pulled online the prices were higher than what was shown. This has happened to me twice. Once I got a menu when I was taking in person there to take home, then I ordered food two weeks later at half price sushi that was accepted to pay $5.99 then ended pay $7.99, which was not half price. Now I order some who were accepted to total $25 and ended over $30. Girl on the front had no idea about it

You have the best sushi in a radius of 50 miles from Cedar City! And they make a sushi happy hour Sunday to Thursday from 4:00 to 18:00! And their lunchbox specialties are super delicious!

So for my girlfriend's birthday, I made a reservation a week in advance for the hibachi and I also specified that my girlfriend has never tried sushi and if they could bring sushi to The hibachi and they said yes. So the birthday comes and I get there and they say that I have to share with someone else which is fine I get it until I get in and see that absolutely no other hibachis are being used. That's whatever, then as they're bringing us appetizers and whatnot the waitress never cleans off the table so when the hibachi guy comes and start serving us we have to try to eat over our mess. They bring out a sushi platter and I naturally think it's for my girl's birthday but it was the other group of people that ordered it and I'm already eating it and sharing it with my family even though the waitress gave it to me. They charged me $40 for that sushi plate that I didn't order. My hot Japanese tea was cold and my onion soup was lukewarm. I brought my girlfriend here because my past experiences with this place was very good this was very bad. The only thing I can say was the hibachi griller was very entertaining and very good besides that the service was horrible. Oh and did I mention this was supposed to be a birthday party yeah they didn't even know that they had to be reminded by the other people at the table that wasn't even there for my girl's birthday.
