Pizza Hut - Cedar Hill

I usually call in my order for execution no problems, good pizza, I wish I only knew about the family meal before the store.

Very hot food customer service beyond exceptional. I tried to pay with a 100, but the driver was told he didn't change. I called the store, spoke to a rep and treated the situation professionally and I ate my beautiful hot pizza.

Ok it’s 11:15 pm .they close at 11 we ordered at 9:30..they say we have to pick it up..now no one here ….so no pizza no money back. They need to close down.

Savannah repeatedly called me a liar over the phone about my wings being burnt. I drove to the restaurant, after my order was delivered, and showed her the container with the burnt wings. She sarcastically stated that she’ll make a new one. This was this worst experience with no level of professionalism or class.I’ll be contacting the GM in the morning, as well as corporate.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered 3 pizzas and all were below average. My ultimate pepperoni had hardly any cheese. I realize now why they ad pop you on every pizza to cheese it up for an additional $3 . I shouldn 't see large areas of sauce! never mind thinking about a cheese pull. I paid $40 for 3 pizzas...They 're charging more money for pizza and skimping on the toppings to maximize profits. Can 't believe all the recent 5 star reviews for this location. They 're obviously fake reviews. Sams is the only place to get an average pizza in Cedar Hill. I 'm from Boston Ma so I know a good pizza.
