Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cedar Hill

This place is terrible! The customer service is consistently rude. They close at 11 p.m., but when I went in around 10 p.m., they said they were out of all the dark meat. Then they told me it would be a 15-minute wait. It's clear that the management needs to improve. I’ve experienced similar issues before, and the staff has an attitude that makes the experience even worse. I ended up driving away in frustration. I really dislike this place!

I ordered a chicken sandwich without pickles and confirmed with the cashier that my order would indeed have no pickles. However, when I got home, I found there were extra pickles on it. I drove back to Popeyes, which took me 15 minutes, and spoke to the manager around 8:30 AM on December 20, 2022. Instead of helping, she argued with me, insisting I should have checked my order before leaving the drive-thru. Ultimately, I suspect the manager gave me a chicken sandwich that had pickles after all. This location in Zedernhügel, TX, has consistently provided poor service!

Food is always good However there is always a reason why the lobby is closed... Line is forever long... just wait to close his neighbor Krispy Kreme... It's about the same kind of service.

The last couple of times I went to this place of customer service was pretty good. The staff were nice and friendly, and of course the food is very delicious. Food: 5/5

There's usually about an hour wait, and while dine-in is currently closed, the food is always hot and fresh. It's honestly the best Popeyes I've ever had!
