Írjon visszajelzéstI admire the European deli their selection of products, especially all German, is excellent as their customer service. it is my way to the website for Christmas gifts, especially German adventskalender, lukewarm filled chocolates and all that lebpie. bettina in customer service is a stellar worker and I can't say enough about her. I contacted them several times and she always follows and makes the dinge right. I recommend european deli!

I received my order of perishable items Harzer Cheese, Black Forrest Ham and other non-perishable items (in glass jars today.All items were packed super cooled and protected, European Deli couldn 't have done a better job!!! The Harzer Cheese (low fat cheese known in the Frankfurt/Germany area as Hand Kaese has the perfect state of ripeness!!! This is the first time I ordered german items from European Deli, but not my last time! I also want to mention that the owner even communicated with me personally to make sure everything would go well with my order!A little pricey but well worth it for the quality of the products received!I can highly recommend European Deli!
If I were to solely rate on selection,quality and pricing of product, I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately with lack of reliability on product being shipped, and lack of adequate follow through by customer service, I can only give 2 stars at the best. I have ordered several times: in December I ordered a large gift shipment to be sent to a friend later I checked to see if everything had been received one item, though listed on the packing slip, had not been shipped. I contacted customer service who explained that the item was out of stock, but they would send out a replacement cookie made by another manufacturer. I waited almost a month, checking with my friend, but no replacement arrived. I contacted customer service and they apologized, they had just assumed that a replacement had been shipped. It again took a while for the replacement to be shipped, and they just shipped at their normal shipping speed, even though the error was totally on their part twice on the same item. I tried with another item, which was in stock on their website and ordered it as a gift. When I checked on delivery, I was told unfortuntely, it was out of stock and they were substituting another item substituting a hard candy for a cookie. I explained this was not an adequate substitute, and they did refund my money. I then had to search for the original identical item on Amazon, to send as a present to my friend. So my recommendation is that if you are ordering for yourself and there is no immediate rush, go ahead and order. If you are ordering as a gift to be sent to a friend within a certain time frame, I would reconsider, as even though the item may be shown as in stock when you order (and yes, they also show product clearly marked out of stock, they do not notify you that it is out of stock or they forgot to ship, unless you inquire and then follow through.
We buy our Lebkuchen from them every year! Never had any issues! Orders came on time, exactly as ordered!
