Daichi Sushi Grill - Cedar Park

It sounds amazing! Just kidding, I’ve never been there, but it has Daichi’s name on it, so I guess I’m all in! I would definitely go, not sure when, but I love Daichi from Haikyuu! 10/10!

We visited the restaurant hoping to try their riddles, but we were politely informed that they no longer serve them due to limited kitchen space. I was quite disappointed, but since we had arrived late and were really hungry, we decided to stay. We all ordered lunch boxes, and I was truly impressed. My friend, who isn’t usually a fan of seafood, tried the grilled mackerel and loved it so much that he let me have a bite—it was delicious! He also tried the ginger-bread chicken, which he had never heard of before, and found it fantastic. My sashimi and tempura shrimp were also delightful. There are several other options on the menu that we want to explore, so we will definitely be back. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Visit this place over the weekend, they offer lunch special Monday Saturday. We have the Bentobox and the Happy Lunch. The Bento box came with salad and miso soup, the happy lunch came with miso soup / or salad and one of the appetizers from the list gyoza, edamame, etc. We were very happy with our food, the sushi and sashimi were fresh. The staff was also super friendly. The next time we are in the Zedernpark area we will definitely visit again.

A little ride for us, but INSGESAMT is worth it. If you live nearby, consider happiness. It is a sweet little restaurant with exceptional service. Tomo has looked after us very well and is so hospitable. We started with the house salad, fried oysters and some sushi. The Aburi-Sake (stored salmon w/ ponzu is EXCEPTIONAL and a must order!!! *Köche kiss* Then we have the chicken catsu don, wicy wagyu don and pork curry. Really great! Our group unanimously agreed the spicy wagyu don was the most tasty.

Been looking everywhere here in Austin for good Japanese curry and this place is excellent. In fact every dish we?ve had here so far has been amazing from the lunch specials, curry, sushi and even the dinner. You definitely get the best value from lunch but the food is good all day long. I have found my go to Japanese lunch place here in Cedar Park and recommend it here. The locals say that it?s a hidden gem and it definitely is. Hope they continue to be successful from all the delicious meals made here!
