Freebirds World Burrito - Cedar Park

Very large half bird and gigantic monster! Great service and large portions! They also have a limeade fountain drink which is hard to find.

Don't expect to have a good experience today regarding customer service. Employees weren't paid today as they were supposed to. Something about going to a new payroll system that ultimately failed the employees. Today, Freebirds employees can't pay their bills. I would go somewhere else today (August 16, 2024) as the employees seem to be on the verge of leaving. My personal observation and opinion. Update August 19. Employees are still without their checks.... Update August 20...Employees are getting the run around on when they will be paid.

We ordered from the website and then picked it up. The food was good. It seemed to be ready when we got there. It was fairly busy when we arrived, and the system for picking up was not the best. We weren't sure where to go or who to ask and just stood waiting by other people who were waiting and after a bit got our food. The people were very nice and I don't think it was their fault- the store itself might want to come up with a better system. Overall a good experience! :

Was super disappointed today, got a Freebird size salad today and its amount is so pathetic. It’s barely a handful of spring mix. It’s all just a plate of beans with a sprinkle of green. This was my favorite lunch spot but this makes me want to reconsider. It taste good, but 100% too expensive for a almost smaller than kids size portion

Placed a simple order for pick up on 7/25. It was a burrito w/ chips queso. Was suppose to be ready at 7:24. Well, I waited 25 minutes for my order! The lady was raising her voice to us waiting for our orders to move! I 'm sorry, their employees are not friendly here! Don 't expect great service here. Also, where is the management team to help train/coach this team??? There is many opportunities here that needs to be addressed. Also, I see the owner only responds to positive reviews, why is that?? I 'll take my business to Cabo Bob 's!! Where is Your World Service at??
