The employees that work here were super nice and very fast in getting our ice cream and getting us paid. However, what I believe to be a manager or an owner came in from outside of the shop and quickly went behind the counter and began taking cookies off of trays. She didn?t wash her hands and she wasn?t wearing a mask. For someone that was in what appeared to be a management position to not following basic sanitary protocols I will choose another person place to get my ice cream.

I ordered an ice cream cake here and I wanted it to look like the one from the book. I ordered a small raving craving sprinkle cake. When i went to pick up the cake, It was just one of the previous made ones from the fridge. So it wasnt the design i wanted at all, it wasnt the size i ordered (this was a medium), and it wasnt made fresh like I thought i was getting.It didnt have any of the decorations and they literally just got icing and wrote happy birthday on one of the cakes from the fridge. Why have the book out with specialty cakes if you are just going to give customers random premade cakes? I didnt say anything when i picked it up because i was in a rush and didnt really notice just how different it was until i got home. I wont be coming here again for ice cream cakes.

An amazing experience! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I needed a last minute cookie cake, and she made an exception and offered me one she had baked. Thank you for a wonderful example of southern hospitality! Blessings and favor on your business.

Had an incredible experience here tonight. Not only was the ice cream delicious but we received outstanding customer service from a very kind woman named Tamala (I hope I spelled your name correctly). It is truly refreshing to go into a business and receive genuine hospitality. Thank you for making our night there. We look forward to visiting again! Highly recommend this store!

Great customer service. The individual helping us was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. We had someone in our party with special needs and the staff made sure the experience very positive by showing so much patience and compassion.
