Noodles Company - Cedar Rapids

A huge shout out to Noodles Company in cedar rapids today for our free lunch! They were taking longer than usual with service and they offered a free meal and drinks to everyone in line. Awesome customer service!

Group of like 40 teenage hockey players all came in at the same time and then the coach wasn’t happy when the food was taking a while. their group literally took up the whole restaurant, but staff still made sure they got everyone’s names and orders correct. good for them.

Nice clean restaurant. The food was nicely presented and was all tasty. I got a salad and all the ingredients were fresh with just the right amount of everything. Good menu selection. Would go again. ...given the chance. Bring some to Texas!

Blow away from their customer service! Team members brought our food to our table and asked if we needed something else very attentive. All tables were clean and all in stock. When we left my two years old, she dropped her to the ground. The manager overhead it and quickly prepared another spaghetti for us to go! I was literally shocked and not expected to go beyond and beyond! Thank you.

The first time here. The staff is AMAZING. I have been NIE to eat in my 41 years of life in a place where hospitality and staff were so incredible. Days later and my mouth only pours on it for her food. Can't wait to go back!!!!!!
