Cedar Cafe - Cedar Springs

I had the pleasure of visiting Cedar Springs for business recently, and I was warmly welcomed by the locals. The Cedar Cafe was no different; the atmosphere was incredibly friendly. I look forward to returning to this cozy spot on my next visit. While my Club Sandwich wasn't the best I've ever had, the overall dining experience was one of the nicest I've encountered, especially as a solo diner.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! If you're not in the mood for anything too fancy, this is the perfect spot. The service is outstanding, the soup and bread are made from scratch, and the food is both satisfying and delicious. Be sure to try the Cedar Omelette—it's fantastic! Just a quick note: don't forget to bring cash, as they don't accept credit cards.

Enjoyed breakfast at this quaint little place Saturday morning. Looks like a place locals patronize. Wasn't busy when I arrived but got busier. Reasonably priced Big Breakfast: 2 eggs, sausage patties (choice of meat , American fries (other choice was hash browns and toast (either regular bread or homemade opted for the homemade marble rye, which was oh so good! . Service and speed at which food arrived was very good, considering when I was there it was staffed by two people. Rated only 4 stars not for food or service, only because IMO inside temperature too cold. Knew it was cash only, but others need to be aware. If I go return to Cedar Springs, will definitely eat here again!

I really enjoy the Cedar Cafe. It is very small and simple but the burgers I have gotten have been delicious. Be prepared to pay cash and the hours are very thin compared to other restaurants. For a very classic burger it is a great stop.
