Dairy Queen - Cedartown

Wait time was terrible. I felt bad for the employees they only had like 2 people in front of house, so it was understandable. Would've appreciated a bit more kindness from them but it was alright. Seemed understaffed honestly

Pulled in tonight at approx 8:45. There was a line to the road however we waited. Got to the drive thru menu to place our order but no one ever asked to take it. After sitting for about 10 minutes we pulled to the window. Asked if they were closed, the kid at window(male) said yeah, we closed early . They decided to close with a line of cars waiting in drive thru. Very unprofessional.

Burger was charred black, bun was stale, inedible. The kids working need some adult supervision as they were having personal conversations about their plans after work instead of concentrating on doing a good job. The food was well below Dairy Queen standards and was in fact inedible. The staff needs adult supervision and need to be trained how to behave in a workplace setting.

Device was very slow!!! Food was good. Lady cashier was very nice. Need more help.

They stopped taking credit cards and the service was very slow. The staff were more focused on their conversations than on attending to customers. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service.
