Sutt'a Ravia - Cefalu

We ordered the calamari and prawn fritters which where literally inedible, they where over cooked and chewy. We also ordered the moules and the majority of them weren’t even open and it was impossible to eat them. The rest of them wasn’t fresh and was very poor quality. However this is only the start! I voiced my concerns to the manager and they took these away and did not offer a replacement of any sort. I assumed that they would be removed from the bill but when the bill arrived both of the above mentioned dishes where still on it ! When I asked for them to be removed (because we did not actually eat them) they threatened to call the police instead of resolving the issue between ourselves. This escalated into the police actually turning up which is frankly embarrassing. Do not eat here unless you want the police arriving to settle a disagreement over food you were disappointed with.

They have no conception of what it means to manage a restaurant. On the other hand, restaurateurs are born and not become there. Any way not anymore.

Not costly at all, very fresh fish we loved our meal here. Good choice of dishes, all very freshly prepared and tasty.

In 5 giorni passati a Cefalù questo ristorante è stato l ' unico deludente. Il personale mi è sembrato stanco, datato, e poco disponibile. Le polpette di alici in agrodolce non erano morbide e croccanti all ' esterno come ci si aspetterebbe ma una massa amorfa e fangosa , senza sapore, le cipolle in agrodolce erano dure e non legavano con le polpette. La frittura, solo di sarde e calamari, non era molto croccante, le sarde erano passabili, i calamari molto duri. Le grigliate miste senza infamia e senza lode. Peccato perché il locale è carino. P.s. sarà un caso ma tutti e cinque abbiamo avuto problemi intestinali nella serata.

Locale molto carino a due passi dal mare. Camerieri gentili, disponibili e preparati. Cibo di qualità; ho preso un antipasto e un primo e mi sono piaciuti molto. Porzioni abbondanti. L'unica pecca è stata sul dolce in quanto ho preso un cannolo scomposto e mi è arrivato con l'aggiunta di cannella senza che ci fosse scritto nel menù e senza che il cameriere lo facesse presente... a me la cannella non piace e nella ricetta tradizionale del cannolo non dovrebbe essere presente... quando l'ho fatto notare non mi hanno proposto alcuna soluzione se non quella di cambiare completamente scelta del dolce. Alla fine dopo questo inconveniente non ce l'hanno tolto dal conto ma ce l'hanno fatto pagare... sarebbe stato carino ricevere un sconto.
