I Giascia Focacceria - CELLE LIGURE

Great take-out shop, we bought the necessary food for lunch around. Focaccia onions, cheeses and white. All good. Full of oil as I think it wants tradition. Good

In my opinion it is the best of Celle Ligure. Possibility to make aperitif with focaccia, to consume on the spot or to take away. For experience this focaccia is very good eaten at the moment, but even if heated in the next days. Strongly recommended.

In the title of this review are already indicated the two main non-positive experiences I have tried in this place: the oil is definitely the main ingredient of the Ligurian focaccia but when it is ceased as in the case of the focaccia served here makes the same heavy, unavoidable and mal digestible. The stuffed focacce and pizzas (of modest quality) that can be ordered then are not baked at the moment but they must be heated in a microwave place in the room: comfortable system if practiced at home but in a local denomynate focacceria is embarrassing. Gestore model Ligurian bear with proper kindness and courtesy. Too bad because, despite everything, I continue to be their stubborn client but only because I appreciate the snacks offered with the aperitif.

Not far from the edge, really good focaccia both classic and stuffed. Sublime the pesto.
