Rubbin' Butts Bbq - Center Harbor

A must visit place! We have stopped several times now and each time great BBQ. They do a solid take out business or you can pull up a seat and enjoy the food. Easy access and easy parking. Great view of the lake.

Well we got take out so im hoping thats why it was so sub par. Got a lb of pulled pork, side of tortellini salad and a lb the “famous” mac and cheese. The pulled pork was decent, pretty good for the price. Tortellini salad was good. The mac and cheese though, disappointing. The most bland mac and cheese I’ve tried and it looked old? Not sure what happened there. Overall okay for the price but might not try it again.

Great food and great service! All the meats and sides were awesome! Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, smoked sausage week all top notch! Slaw, Mac n cheese, cornbread were too! The BBQ sauces made the meal even better!

My husband ordered the brisket, ribs, chicken, slaw, and potato salad. I ordered the chicken, pulled pork, mac n' cheese and pickles. Both meals came with cornbread. We also sampled both sauces sweet and spicy). We will definitely be going back.

Food was amazing. We are a family of four and the family platter was perfect. Also great price. Highly recommended the deviled eggs appetizer. A little bit of a wait but totally worth it. We will be back.
