Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Centerton

I’ve been in the drive-thru for 30 minutes now, and there have only been a maximum of three cars in front of me the entire time. The car ahead of me has been waiting for at least 10 minutes without anyone opening the drive-thru window. It seems like they’re not coming back anytime soon, and I’m seriously considering leaving.

When we got home, our son opened the bag to find that there were hardly any fries in it. The Popeyes in Centerton seems to lack a focus on customer service. Visiting during the day feels risky because you may not get your order in a timely manner or receive the correct items. Although they are open until 10 PM, they stop cooking many menu items at 9 PM, which means if you go in late, you might not find what you want. Overall, it's a frustrating experience.

They deserve only 1 star because 0 isn't available. This is a restaurant that would be better off shutting down. Even if you're a fan of the app and Popeye's chicken like I am, this location is NOT where you should go. Their service is practically nonexistent, and they seem indifferent to customers.

Horrible place. Long drive thru line, sat for 10 minutes without moving.Parked and went inside. No one acknowledged me at the counter, one male employee walked by me twice and said nothing. 3 employees by the back wall looking at a phone and laughing, one male employee looked up and saw me but went back to what he was doing. The drive thru girl was sitting down picking at her nails. Another customer came in complaining of uncooked food. I left immediately. Went to KFC and was out of there in 5 minutes.

—>THEY SAID THIS IS NOT McDonald’s<—Worst experience ever, I ordered 6 wings 6 wings on Uber eats on Sept 7th around 9:30 pm CST using Uber eats offer.And when I went to pick up the order, they said this is not McDonald’s and asked to cancel my order and 3 persons on the shifts are laughing loud. This is the worst experience I have ever seen in Popeyes. Deleted my old review to write new one with 1 star. Do not suggest to visit, don’t waste your time.
