Wendy's - Centerton

The food is the normal Wendy’s food. The service is abysmal. It took me over 20 minutes for them to just take my order in the drive thru, and it wasn’t even crowded! As soon as someone pulled up to the drive thru, they would just say I’ll be with you in a moment, and come back like 5 minutes later. It’s really a shame, I probably won’t go to this one anymore as this has happened to me multiple times.

Food is normal, good Wendy's selection. Drive through is fine. Inside dining is horrible. At 9 in the morning, all tables were dirty, only one kiosk worked and it was filthy. Soda machine was dirty. Won't be back for inside dining.

Sorry but the kiosk has to go. I refuse to use your register for you. Another customer just walked out the door.

If I set out to try to make customers feel unwelcome without actually chasing them away, I might be clever enough to create the cold, soulless environment that this Wendy's lobby enjoys.From the sign on the front door making it clear that you are not welcome to stay and chat with friends *even while eating the food you just ordered*, to the lack of any menu to place an order from to a human being, this lobby looks like it was intentionally crafted to remove any human experience from their patrons.If the machines rise up and take over the world, they may celebrate this lobby... so long as they don't dare stay any longer than thirty (30) minutes...

Aside from now having to order from a kiosk and no longer with a person (like at Walmart) they miss all the extras I paid for like cheese and onions on my chile and gave me a plain chicken sandwich instead of the deluxe I ordered. Also didn’t provide a receipt at the kiosk.
