Subway - Centerville

Found a hair (red in color) in my steak and cheese sandwich. Called and ask to find out what this franchise does in regards to this situation and employees said, they don’t do nothing pretty much in other words throw it away or eat it. How about a refund??? And also asked to talk to the manager or whoever was in charge and no one is in charge of employees, manager is out of town. What a disgrace, disappointment, and loss of customer. Customers watch every bite you eat. Also I don’t have hair so there’s no way I put it in the sandwich. Hairnets maybe a solution. They get their steak pre packed already, whoever prepacks their steak do they use hairnets???? I put up a photo in their site so if in case you need to see it. I hope I get sick from this so I can sue you guys!!!!

I don’t feel like driving to the store to not have anything done so I just want to warn readers not to place an online order because all you get is meat and cheese. Once it’s toasted it’s wrapping and considered not their problem. No toppings or condiments you paid for. Make sure you go in person to begin with. Has much needed improvement on the staff. Foods appear much fresher than before.

Most of them are awesome, but my food is always good.

I ate at Jersey Mike's for the first time and I was very impressed with the flavors of my steak sub. It had so much flavor and now it will be my go to for lunch and or dinner. Thanks for making such a tasty sandwich. Yummy yum yum.
