Extremely disrespectful. We orederd two large chocolate dipped cones and they gave us the smallest cones ever, after I asked them if this a large they said yes and closed the window on me when I was talking. From the starting of the transaction to the ending they were extremely passive agrressive. Correcting every little thing I said.

We often get lunch at the location in Central Point, we order chicken strip baskets. they are dry, chicken is tough, fries are old and soft. Sunday I had to wait 15 minutes with family for the same disappointment, it should have been fresh, it was not! will not be returning.

Asked for a new blizzard after taking one bite and it was just vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup in it. (Was supposed to be cookie dough) and the cashier made me so uncomfortable for asking for a new one then finally agreed, suddenly a manager comes out and says he’ll remake it but it’ll be exactly the same so there was no point. The whole experience from start to finish was so uncomfortable. I guess the $4 something was more important than for us to come back so we won’t visit here weekly anymore.

Just a really glum atmosphere and food order is messed up each time!
