I plugged into the class and ordered: 13. beancurd with sugar syrup $1.60 extremely soft melt-in-your-mouth beancurd. pretty tasty, but nothing from the usual part was pretty good, only cons are it too sweet (can ask for less sirup, onkel has dice a pan full of it) and it is served in a single use container with one-way spoons (perhaps bring her own
I like how this place decided to diversify by offering black sojapudding, although it actually does not taste that unlike traditional douhua sold in neighboring. at the same time, they offer to other places unavailable toppings (which are actually traditional in china and taiwan, etc.), such as various syrup types (brauenzucker, ingwer and white sugar) and red bean.
I appreciate the effort this restaurant made to add variety to their menu with the inclusion of black soy pudding, even though it doesn't taste much different from the traditional douhua you find in the neighborhood. They also have unique toppings that you don't typically find, such as different syrups (brown sugar, ginger, and white sugar) and red beans, which are common in China and Taiwan.

I visited a dessert shop that offers a variety of beancurd, grass jelly, and soy milk options. I decided to stick with the traditional and ordered the beancurd with sugar syrup for $1.60. The beancurd was extremely soft and melted in my mouth, though it was a bit too sweet for my taste. The portion size was decent, but the only downside was that it came in a single-use container with disposable spoons. I recommend asking for less syrup next time, and consider bringing your own utensils to reduce waste. Overall, it was a tasty treat, but nothing extraordinary.
