Elvies Bistro - Centralia

Definitely with her craftsmanship in the kitchen. My Mongolian beef was absolutely incredible. Beef falling into the mouth, marinade, which was tantalizing and complex, but at the same time not confusing. Full of color and character and very filling portions! I would join this to anyone who is looking for a first-class culinary experience.

Everything we ate was delicious! We had an appetizer plate also but didn't get a pic of it.

Amazing food, the Service from the owners of the bistro is exceptional, anyone who eats here and leaves hungry did it wrong! The food was packed with flavor and the decor is much nicer than many restaurants in the area!

First time there. OMG amazing. The food excellent, the owner is friendly, caring and very personable. She cooks fresh foods and authentic. I'll be back
