Mcdonald's - Centre

Center mcdonald’s need to do better yesterday I went there to get a $50 gift card for a birthday present I was there and the girl puts it in the cash wrong I approve my order, but I put my card in, but it was not scanned on the card cuz, then she wanted me to get my credit card back into so that I could be recharged

3/19/22 second shift did a fantastic job with my large order. Not only was everything correct but they also helped me try to figure out the app and was very patient. I've have many years food service under my belt and to me the manager was running that crew efficiently and respectfully.

I could not not give a star. This was the worst experience I have had. Did the kiosk ordering, and went and sat down. About 40 minutes later after most of the young kids working there left another employee who was fixing drinks advised our food had been on the counter for a while. The man who I assume was the manager apologized and fixed us new fries because ours had sat there so long they were cold. I understand it was late when we went in but we had just left a baseball game and was trying to feed my family. To say the least it was a really bad experience. Will not be back!!!

I used the McDonald's app to receive a Coffee of any size for 99 cents. It was a $1.86. I was told that the app was to earn points...lol. Then I had to pull up and supposedly someone would bring me my Coffee. I waited 17 minutes and had to get it. I was told that they forgot. Very rude employees and they don't care about the customers what so ever!

Piedmont McDonald's hasn't been good for years. Undercooked fish sandwiches? They got them. Stale coffee? They got it. Cross is there are higher than the national average for other McDonald's.
