Starbucks - Ceres

On June 11, 2022, I witnessed a customer come in and disrespectfully call the Starbucks employee "stupid" for not providing a straw, likely referencing a new law. It's frustrating that the law places this burden on the workers rather than addressing the issue at a higher level. Despite this incident, I want to highlight that the staff were friendly, the establishment was clean, and service was quick! I also enjoyed the lime coconut drink—definitely a standout!

I visited a coffee shop recently and noticed a line of about 20 drinks waiting for online order pickups. I anticipated a long wait for my coffee, but I was pleasantly surprised. I received my order quickly, and the barista greeted me with a friendly smile, making the whole experience much more enjoyable. The customer service was excellent, and the coffee was fantastic. I would have given them a five-star rating, but I did notice some maintenance issues inside the building that were rather disappointing. There were several noticeable but easily fixable cosmetic problems. Aside from that, it was a great experience with delicious coffee; a little attention to repairs and some fresh paint would really elevate the place!

I've been visiting this Starbucks about five times a week for the past six to seven years. The morning staff is always energetic, courteous, and efficient. It's the best Starbucks in the valley!
