Master Pizza - CHAGRIN FALLS

Refresh: it seems that my previous orders were a fuke. I just got off the phone with which I think the incredibly rude manager is, and he was incredibly terrible, aggressive and constantly sighing. I have a lot of respect for people working on customer service. I don't need a happy attitude or something, I know we're all just trying to get through the day, and they probably don't care, but that was a step further. When I asked to put a 35% tip for the driver, he sighed angic and said, seemingly you 're trusting me on this. I'm sorry, I'm 30 and he immediately hung me up. I have hundreds of pizza points that I have accumulated over the years, but I am at a point where I would rather avoid the chance to speak with this person again than get those pizzas that I love. UPDATE: I learned that they are under new management. Every time I called in an order, the employee was polite and careful to ensure that my order is correct. I am pleased to change my rating to five stars. Thank you, Master Pizza! Very good pizza. Unfortunately, they're mistaken for half the time. I've always politely asked for a replacement, and always felt bad about me loving the place. I want them to succeed, but I also have to get the pizza I ordered, I feel like a fair request. After enough times, the manager told me I was wrong. That he did it himself and I had the right pizza, no matter what was before me. I haven't ordered a long time. I really wanted to shoot it again, but my order was wrong on my third order and I didn't have to argue in me again. I will truly miss Masters that they have a unique good sauce and put things together very well, but I met the end of my rope with them.

Ordered a pizza for 6pm an hour and ten minutes early. Received a text it was coming at 6:25. Didn't show up till almost 7pm and was ice cold. Not warm but ice cold. Asked for a credit and received zero response. Obviously don't need customers. Did I mention I have been a customer for over 10 years. Not a good way to treat customers.

Their pepperoni special was very good. My only complaint is that the sizes of the pizzas are small, but this is true for all Cleveland pizza places, compared to New York pizza which can?t be beat. An extra large here is a medium size pie in NYC.

Master Pizza makes without a doubt some of the absolute best pizza I've ever had! The customer service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Their pizza is worth every penny! Just incredible! ??

Stopped in as I was walking around Chagrin Falls. Great pizza, and appetizers. I love that there is still a local pizza joint that my friend and I can sit down and have a few slices. Highly recommend. A
