Master Pizza - CHAGRIN FALLS

The food is outstanding! The Meat Supreme is a must-try! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed their pepperoni special. My only issue is that the pizza sizes are quite small, which seems to be the case with all pizza places in Cleveland. Compared to New York pizza, which is unbeatable, an extra-large here is more like a medium in NYC.

I took some students to the Chagrin Film Fest, and Master Pizza delighted us all with an array of delicious pizzas. I can't wait to return for more!

I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life! I ordered two large pizzas from the Chagrin Falls location, but they were never delivered because the delivery driver didn’t show up that day. They called to apologize for the inconvenience and promised to refund my credit card. However, while the charges went through, the refund never did, leaving me with a $42 charge for pizzas I never received. When I requested proof of the refund, they outright refused, stating that they weren’t obligated to provide that. I tried to argue, but they insisted I should dispute the charges with my credit card company instead. Master Pizza is my favorite in all of Cleveland, but I will never return to the Chagrin Falls location, which is disappointing since I live in Chagrin!

I placed an online order for 2:30 PM but finished my business earlier than expected (at 1:40 PM). I decided to stop by Master Pizza in Chagrin to see if they could prepare my pizza ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, the employee I encountered was extremely rude and clearly having a bad day. He acted as if my request to change my order was a huge inconvenience. Due to his attitude, I asked to cancel my order and expressed my hope that his day would improve. In response, he casually mentioned that his day was "okay" along with some other unkind remarks. This was my first experience with Master Pizza, and it's disappointing that I couldn't even sample the food because of the unpleasant demeanor of the staff member. I will not be returning to this establishment!
