Írjon visszajelzéstI have been into this shop many times over the past couple of years. The women behind the counter are consistently rude and not helpful. This past weekend was my last visit. I entered the store and was immediately followed by one of the store associates. I picked out a doll for my granddaughter and walked to the register where I stood for 10 minutes waiting to pay for the item. There were many associated straightening coasters and anything else possible, while watching me stand there. If the doll was not for my granddaughter, I would have left long before. Most of the items in the store can be purchased on Amazon or at Home Goods. White Magnolia is overpriced and frankly not worth the effort. There are many other shops in Chagrin Falls worth my time and money.
Everytime I come in I wonder if this is the timeI’ll be treated kinder. Never happened yet. They never greet you even as you walk past all of them at the register, but then they’ll follow right behind you, and make sure you feel their presence and watching eyes. Shop elsewhere, these people (which ultimately comes down from managemen)don’t care about any kind of warm and welcoming customer service.
Great to just browse for ideas but their prices are outrageous. Unfortunately I found out the hard way when I purchased a piece of artwork here but then found it at another location for $200 less. Plus the staff is kind of rude
Great place! And the owner is always nice to look at.
This place has beautiful stuff but it is WAY too overpriced. I tried on multiple dresses here over TWO years ago, and when I tried negotiate- she barely budged. Every time I have visited after to see if there was a price decrease, they were still there at the same exact price. If they haven’t been sold in over two years, she needs to take a hint. They had a dolce gabbana bag as well for about 3100. I found the same one online in excellent condition for 1400. I saw a versace top as well that was extremely overpriced for hundreds of dollars, and I got a versace button up for 40 dollars at a different consignment shop. LOWER YOUR PRICES or you will continue to never sell
