I arrived at 7:50 PM, just 10 minutes before closing, and I was impressed by how polite and patient the young man taking my order was. He assisted me in deciding what to eat, guiding me to make the right choice. Well done, Long John Silver's—you have a courteous and dedicated young employee.
The food was just as we anticipated, served hot and fresh. We used the drive-thru, and the server was outstanding. She had a wonderful attitude and was incredibly helpful. She truly deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service! Such quality is hard to find in today's food industry.
