We opted for the menu around 35€ in view of our arrival a little after 21h, the tasting menu will be for the next time. We ate very well, a kitchen made with seasonal products, controlled cooking, the lamb shoulder was melting as it should be. We see the professionalism behind the stoves. A special mention for the pastry that I think must be made by real pastry makers and not "pâtissier cooks" a dessert around chocolate with a perfect balance between sugar and bitterness.
