Table reserved for my birthday, mouth amuse: tuna tatami, then the thyme smoked beef rib for 2, bearnese sauce and pepper plus vegetables/potatoes and green salad. Dessert: chocolate ice cream and opera style cake:)Everything was perfect, the sommelier gives us a lot of interesting explanations. Delphine takes care of us during the dinner, she is very smiling, listening and spontaneous.

Very good service, not sweet enough has my taste for massages and important prices but the service is absolutely perfect.

The restaurant La Cordée is located in a very beautiful establishment: La Cordée des Alpes, a beautifully decorated wooden chalet (sober and chic). The restaurant room is exactly like the hotel. Very beautiful frame, tables respecting the privacy of each. The Chef de salle is welcoming and looking to please, his team is very friendly and efficient. The menu is varied, the dishes are very well made and the wine menu is impressive. We were able to see a true sense of service!

We had advised not to take half aboard to discover the restaurants of Chamonix, we had only come once, little choice, but it was good
