Boltini Lounge - Champaign

Room was dirty, shower doors didn’t close, hair in shower, AC didn’t work, no eggs at breakfast and food was slow to come out not a great spread but food tasted good Staff was friendly and accommodating and comped me a cheaper rate when I complained about the room. Outside the hotel was loud and hard to sleep, ac was VERY LOUD no blackout curtains, pillows weren’t comfy, not a good nights sleep

I stayed here to attend a wedding. The staff was wonderful to deal with and the room was very clean and comfortable. It's close to restaurants and bars downtown--the only downside is that parking to check in was a little challenging--there were a number of cars parked by people also trying to check in and the parking at that level is a little challenging. Overall a great stay

The hotel was great. Service was great at the desk and shuttle to the Venue Cu! Only thing needed was early check in…3:00 is too late for 4:00 wedding but we made it work. When I called I was told to call day if stay but honestly we had too many things to do to worry about that.

This place was wonderful I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I was in town for a wedding and this place exceeded my expectations. The customer service was top tier.

Staff super friendly; did their best with few employees during crazy busy weekend. Heard there were 6 weddings with guests in hotel, hence the loud hallway noise at all hours. Suggest asking for a quiet room.
