Fazoli's - Champaign

Great food and the whole staff was super friendly! After a shopping afternoon broke in! It was my first visit to Hubby! Definitely worth a return trip to Champaign!

Absolutely beautiful. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The food was hot and good.

Fazoli's always falls short of expectations. I rated it 3 stars because despite receiving a more expensive meal that was not what I had ordered, at least it was served hot and fresh. Additionally, the staff acknowledged the mistake but did not provide a refund or correct the order.

I dined at Fizoli's for the first time and was extremely disappointed. The male drive-thru staff member was incredibly rude. I'm not sure what I did to upset him, other than ordering $50 worth of food. He was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever encountered at a restaurant. Additionally, my food was smashed and leaking in the bag when he handed it to us.

I had to go ask for my meal because the employees were talking so loudly to each other that they seemed to be almost screaming. No one came by with extra breadsticks or checked on any of the customers. I live out of town and don't get to Champaign very often, but with this kind of service, I doubt I will eat there again.
