We always like to come here. good food, good service! with the reward program is even better!

We have been more frequent and honest since greg has taken over as gm, it was never better! the burgers are amazing! both juicy.

They brought us in no time. wonderful and friendly server. faster service, while still personal. this was a pleasant experience for a Saturday night rush.

We can't even get information to see if we want to go. Online menu last updated 2012. seriously? 10 years. No wonder the prices looked so good

The 5-8 grill and bar has shady business practices. I went to eat with my fiancée. the burger I ordered had no soaking on it, although the menu said it would. I let the server know about the error. she brought me the sauce. but when I got the bill, I saw that she tried to load me for the sauce that had forgotten the kitchen, to add first place. I could get her to remove that false charge. I also noticed that a service fee had been tied to the bill. it turns out that they better go through the entire menu extremely carefully. on the front in very tiny print reveal that they charge a 3% service fee to help with the retention. not nickel and dime customers. if it costs more to run the business, then increase the prices. Do not surprise customers with hidden fees. even if the owner actually cared for his employees, he could actually try to listen to them. I doubt very much that he entrusted them with this extra arrival, especially as I have heard from the employees that the owner does not listen to the employees. no wonder there are problems with the employee connection. of course, I do not apply with service supplements like 5-8 added, and I will not return. what a shame.
