Without translation ,how to pay the bills? Not very friendly .

This was my first visit here I was really impressed. Nice clean facility, friendly employees, and I was in and out quickly. Christina performed my X-Ray and had a great bedside manner! She went out of her way to help make me feel comfortable, and I really appreciate that!

This is a very clean, friendly and efficiently run facility. Our check in was quick and the wait time for the actual imaging was almost zero.

Was referred here for MRI by my doctor. Called and was told it would be at least a week out so they could verify my insurance . I told them that my Blue Cross insurance does not require pre-auth. The appt taker was not at all accommodating. Called AZ Advanced Imaging and the girls went out of their way to immediately call my insurance, got back to me within 2 hours and scheduled my appt for the NEXT day. Save yourself the trouble...it 's inconvenient for them to provide any sort of customer service to assist people in chronic pain.

They are always welcoming and efficient at the Banner imagine location on Chandler blvd. I went in for X-rays this time and was in and out of there without an appointment in 30 minutes. I have had some horrible experiences at the other imaging company that is popular but not at Banner.
