Burger King - Chandler

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I paid for a double burger but only received a single, which was cold and seemed to have been sitting out for a while. I also ordered onion rings, which were cold and mushy. I ended up throwing them away as even my dog refused to eat them. I will never be returning to this establishment.

They do not serve men at 7:54 pm. This restaurant is going to go out of business if they continue this policy.

Terrible location! not too gilbert ocotillo! the customer service is not present, they do not honor coupons/francet sales, they have forgotten some of my food thru the running gear thru twice and the manager will not be on the phone when they call. go to another!

Gilbert Rd Ocotillo Rd location is horrible!! Terrible customer service, continue to get orders wrong or miss items in the drive thru, and don't accept company coupons. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!

This burger King location has terrible customer service. Went there for breakfast and had a coupon off their app that they said they could not accept at this location... you can 't honor your own coupon off your app? And then I said okay ill just order the 2 for $4 with just egg and cheese and she reads it back with ham egg and cheese . I said oh just egg and cheese please. The girl let 's out a big exaggerated sigh like I just greatly inconvenienced her and ruined her day. Definitely won 't be coming back to this location
