Filiberto’s Mexican Food - Chandler

Rosa provided exceptional service at the restaurant. She took the time to explain various menu items and their delicious flavors. I truly hope the owner is compensating her fairly because she is the best employee I have encountered at Filibertos. We will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Typically, the food at this restaurant is alright and makes for a satisfying late-night meal after a long day at work. However, their drive-thru speaker and microphone technology is outdated. During my recent visit, I attempted to order a Number 5 (Two Enchiladas) but the cashier entered it as Carne Asada Fries instead. Upon reaching the window, the cashier did not confirm my order, simply stating the total. When I inquired about the price being higher than expected, I was informed that the prices had increased.

The service here is awesome. Very quick. The food is always hot and yummy.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! For starters Their debit/cc machine was broken so we went to bank next door and pulled money out, got back in drive thru line and placed order… we were 2 dollars short of the cash we had and guy and window said “ sorry can’t sell you anything if you don’t have all the money” he opted to show rude customer service and get confrontational with us because we were 2 dollars short even after we said to just cancel an item? Never again will we visit this establishment! Ignorant employee lost the food on the entire order

The staff member was friendly and the service was quick, but wow! The food is nasty! By far the worse location I have ever been to. Never coming back to this one!
