Inchin's Bamboo Garden - Chandler

We dined at the restaurant on Saturday night. They had only been open for about a week and were still navigating some of the typical challenges that come with being new, plus there was a large birthday party for a 25-year-old. We had to wait quite a while for our food and seriously considered leaving, but the two waitresses remained attentive and ultimately made sure we were taken care of, which made us very happy. Although the food took longer than expected, it was definitely worth the wait. We started with chili baby corn, and I ordered the Kung Pao potatoes while my wife had the veggie chow mein. The portions were generous, making it easy to share a variety of dishes. Despite the initial wait, we are willing to give them another chance.

Their eccentric drinks and rich food was everything! They have a huge menu so everyone can enjoy a delicious meal even if you have dietary restrictions. We love an inclusive menu!! Their famous burnt garlic chili fried rice is an amazing base for any protein, but also delicious all on its own. Crispy chili baby corn is fried to perfection and the perfect appetizer. I loved the chili garlic noodles too, and this dish can definitely be shared with a few people. The portion sizes here are amazing! My personal favorite in this picture is the chili mustard paneer. It's crispy and light with tons of deep flavors! Of course, you have to try their alcoholic drinks too! The smoky old fashioned is a perfect accompaniment to the already perfect dishes.

Delicious food! I visited with a group of 17 ladies and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The only downside was that they couldn't split the bills, so make sure to bring cash if you're dining with a large group!

The food was acceptable, but the service left much to be desired. We had to remind the waiter about our beers and ask twice for a water refill. The biggest issue was that they completely mixed up the spice levels for our dishes. I requested mild, but ended up with something extremely spicy. My stomach is definitely not happy about it!

First, we waited five minutes just to have our order taken, and when someone finally came, they did so in a very lazy manner. On a positive note, the food arrived quickly, but after that, there was no follow-up inquiry to see if we needed anything else. My wife had to leave the table twice to ask for salt and pepper, as well as a sauce bottle for the table, yet the waiter seemed indifferent to our needs and never checked back. Once we finished our meal, we were left sitting with dirty dishes piled on the table. We even stacked some of them ourselves to make room, but this visible act failed to prompt any response from the staff. In fact, the staff and manager passed by our table at least 15 to 20 times within half an hour without bothering to glance our way. When I finally called for the manager to express my concerns, he simply explained that they were busy. However, given that it was a small establishment with six waiters, I found it hard to believe they were overwhelmed to the point of neglecting table service. Unfortunately, even after confronting management, there was no improvement in the service. It seems they are not truly in the hospitality industry. The food and ambiance may be acceptable, but the service is absolutely pathetic. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.
