Raw Organic Juice - Chandler

I really enjoy visiting this restaurant; it's a wonderful place. However, on November 18th, I placed an online order for the afternoon, only to find out it was closed when I arrived. This has happened multiple times during regular business hours in the middle of the day. I suspect there might be staffing issues contributing to this. Despite my attempts to reach out via email and phone calls for a refund, I've had no success. I know that pursuing a $25 refund for two smoothies may seem trivial to some, but it feels significant to me given that I never received the order. I don’t want to leave this negative review because I genuinely love this restaurant and would be willing to remove it, but I just want my refund. Since no one has responded to my inquiries, I'm hoping this will finally get their attention. I really just want my money back.

This place is fantastic! Everything is really delicious, and I appreciate that it's organic. I order my drinks online, and they are always ready in just 5 to 10 minutes.
