Rawhide Steakhouse At Wild Horse Pass

The ambiance and food at this restaurant were fantastic, but unfortunately, the service was quite poor. Our order was mistakenly given to another table, and it took about 25 minutes for the staff to realize the mistake. Once they did, they had to start our order from scratch, resulting in a wait of around 1.5 hours before we finally received our food. We also noticed that the large group at the table next to us experienced terrible service, to the point where a manager came over to address their concerns.

We visited for our 44th anniversary and unfortunately, the food was not well-prepared. They had run out of chicken the night before and didn’t have any available during our visit. It seems they may need to improve their inventory management. We might consider giving it another try since they had just reopened for the season after being closed for the summer, and this was only their second night back in business.

Overall, this is an excellent place! We recently relocated from Los Angeles to Phoenix and wanted to explore some local attractions. This restaurant is a fantastic choice. The only drawback was that the chicken was quite dry. Other than that, the live music was enjoyable and at a perfect volume—not too loud at all.

Disappointed in the amount of items that were not available. Temperature of main course wasn't very hot. Loved the activities!!

Our first visit to Rawhide and it won't be our last! The atmosphere was fun, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious! William, our server, was wonderful! The portions were huge, we left with plenty of leftovers. The steaks were cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. The BBQ sampler was also good, great for a big appetite. The bacon wrapped meatloaf was another hit! I highly recommend the bacon Mac n cheese as a side. If you have kids, take them back by the kitchen to see how they cook, campfire style, they lower the grill plate down over the fire with a huge wheel. At the end of the meal, we got sheriffs badges with our names on them, a fun little souvenir. Definitely will visit again. Plus we came early to walk around the Old West town before our dinner time.
