Starbucks - Chandler

This location was out of blonde toast and cascara topping. I ordered a vanilla latte with cold foam and an extra shot of espresso for a neighbor, but it turned out to be just espresso with cold foam—no steamed milk involved! The cold foam dissolved quite quickly, and I suspect they might have used 2% milk instead of the skim milk that corporate Starbucks uses for cold foam, which keeps it frothy and smooth for longer. After just two sips, my neighbor barely had half of her venti left! Such a disappointment! I definitely won’t be coming back to this location for her drinks. Additionally, I bought a blueberry scone for $2.75, but the packaging clearly indicated it was not labeled for retail sale. How odd!

This is a Fry's kiosk, not a Starbucks, and it definitely shows. When I approached to place my order—there were no other customers—the employee was busy texting on her cell phone and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I waited for about 45 seconds to see how long it would take her to look up, and there was no apology at all. Additionally, they don’t accept ApplePay, which ultimately lost them my business.

The service lacked both ease and professionalism at times. Additionally, the ambiance was quite understated.

Don't waste your time here. I had nothing but trouble at this place. there is no sense of urgency, they are always out of the witness, even venti cups...real?! I had often stopped in the past and so tired of the waiting time and the bad service I finally talked to a district manager, no change. I stopped today on the way to work after 60 days of going elsewhere and nothing has changed. ridicully long wait, just to find out that they are out of the way?! above the dame was so rude to the kerl before me and she helped him 10 minutes after I had abandoned and went to buy a water and went out! I understand there is a personal problem nation wide, but this is not an apology for slow bad service. I'll go somewhere else. I'm done with this place. probably with diets in general. the friendly staff on the whole street at dd likes to take my business with.
