The Cookie Cups - Chanhassen

So I ordered 2 of these kits for my grandchildren for Christmas , I orderedthem on Dec 9 and received only 1 box but it was after Christmas and the next box I had to contact them and request the box again. So I received both after the holidays even tho I ordered them in plenty of time to get before Christmas. I just tried the winter wonderland cookie baking kit with my granddaughter last night. The experience was fun making the cookies with her but the cookies were awful. She was so excited to take them to her friends for school but I am not sure they will be tooo impressed. The cookies are hard and awful. I haven't tried the second kit yet which is the royal cocoa bomb kit so I guess I will let you know how that goes when I do it. I like the idea of the cooking experience with your children but the product for the price I would not recommend.

I had an inteaction with Nicole the owner today. She was very prompt and gracious and respectful in her reply. The products are wonderful and so is the owner. Can't understand the bad reviews. Happy to be a customer and will continue to buy her wonderful products. Thanks Allison

Ordered online. A month later I still have not received the package, the label has been in the pending stage for the last 7 days, no response from the team, and no hesitation to charge me for the order. I do not recommend ordering online. First and last time for any business transactions.

Sadly, these cookies were more cakelike in texture than cookie. But worse, they all tasted the same. Flavors were not distinguishable and also tasted like they perhaps used margarine. Caramel sauce tasted pre-packaged, not fresh.
