Dolan Uyghur - Chantilly

Dropped in for lunch and the food and service was delicious. We shared the Dolan tea which had an amazing flavor. We started with the beef burger which was split between us and could have been a full meal itself. It was amazing, just the right amount of spice and the cubes of beef were delicious and tender. For the main course we had Red Chili Chicken that was delightfully full of chilis but not overly spicy and again, the meat was tender and delicious. The Gashnan was amazing as well, and paired with a bit of yogurt. Lunch did not disappoint and we probably don’t need dinner after that meal.

The food was incomparable. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I've rarely enjoyed eating out as much. The one mark against it was the somewhat unpleasant tap water served at the table. Otherwise no complaints. When they heard we were in the area due to a death in the family they gave us a free sample of their baklava, also excellent. Looking forward to dining there more extensively under better circumstances.Vegetarian options: Tofu skin noodles were excellent.

Worst restaurant ever been to and I have traveled the world. We were a party of three. First time I had a restaurant deliver our meal one at a time , 15-20 minutes apart. Beef was tough and chewy with 50% fat and unchewable. Food was also cold. Staff had a hard time understanding the English language.
